SSG Warren Swan - I just got a certificate of achievement from The Schoolhouse as I will find later and post on rallypoint. I've seen it where in basic training they give a female a good 300 on her first try the Battalion Commander gave her an Army Achievement medal am. I got Jack. It was noted on my bullets of my 1059 and I did earn the German Sports badge and bronze which they only allowed us to have we couldn't go for the silver or gold but I was in charge of that an officer basic course. The German liaison officer for chemical was at Fort McClellan at the time and he was the one that gave us our GM EB

Upper arms parallel to the ground and arms fully extended...not arguing those were push-ups but they were certainly not IAW FM 7-22 Appendix A.

Sorry Staff, but this is real life where the silly shit makes sense, and the regs don't matter. Please see your PSG for your 4856 stating you made sense. Do not return to this post until you have locked that tidbit into your brain housing group. Please have a nice day.

_____I'm messing with ya. I agree. I also believe as stated by another, had this been done BEFORE he did this, I'd wager a lot more would've been perfect.____________________

All jokes aside, those were solid as hell. You start with the power push ups. Can't start with my hands that close. Save those once I begin moving the hands out and in, laving them in to push through the last five to ten I have left. You should 4856 dude.

SSG Warren Swan - So many others said the same thing about me starting and staying close-handed. Its felt best for my shoulders since day 1.
