CPO Andy Carrillo, MS Holy Shitballs Batman! That is in my back yard. I wonder if the gentleman who owns the plane actually lives down here, or if he just chose here for his record flight. I would love to see the plane up close.

I have a couple friends who have restored P-51 Mustangs at home in their hangars. They just love the airplane. I have never taken a ride in a P-51 Mustang. But I have always wanted to. I have always heard that the P-51 Mustang was the fastest fighter plane in the second world war. And because of the Mustang we won the war with the Natzi's. In a dive the P-51 could do close to 600 MPH. The German fighter planes just couldn't match up with the P-51's. Aesthetically, there is not a plane anywhere that is as good looking. If I had been a fighter pilot in WW11, the P-51 Mustang would have been my choice as a fighter plane.
