I agree with some, glad avocado green and harvest gold are out for kitchen appliances, but soon stainless steel will be out and designers will be on to incorporating the tough new plastics in to appliance design. Our house had the old wood paneling. The previous owners had cover it in a bone white, heavy textured stark white wall paper. Every thing in the room was white except the red brick floor to ceiling fireplace and chimney. You could hardly stand to sit in the room. We took out the paneling, redid the insulation.sheet rocked and choose a color palette to compliment the fire place. Now it is a warm room.
