These programs that deal with qualified, legitimately established professionals are well worth the money. I have outside water line and sewer line repair, preminium inside wiring repair, water heater repair, full house surge protection services through my electrical service provider. The total cost each month is nominal considering repair costs. My heat pump went out - a new motor was put in the outside unit, my fire alarm went off - I had all 5 electrical outlets changed in my bedroom. No deductible, those repairs paid for the year of monthly rate I have already paid in. Sure, many times these services are never used. But when something happens they are financial rescuers.
