LTC (Join to see) I'm a cyclist, if it came down to lycra/spandex or velour, I vote lycra/spandex. It may not be pretty, in all cases, but it's functional.

Just have to make sure the velour is washed right. That is why they were short in the arms and torso, they washed them improperly and shrank them. I actually have the green one in my closet, so I am prepared if they call me back to active duty.
