He is a difficult person not to agree with. Not many have the legal grasp he does.

I said if convicted it would be overturned on appeal before the jury brought in their verdict. The Judges instructions go against traditional aspect of American Law in that one not guilty vote acquits an individual. The Judge stated they only needed 4 guilty votes, that's ridiculous.

MSgt Dale Johnson Agreed. There's no flipping way what the judge did was legal at all.
This was handled worse than the defensive shooting case in Florida last decade when they openly admitted they brought in jury members with the purpose to try to find the shooter guilty (and yet even they sided with the shooter).
