Former Army Sergeant Charged with Stabbing Soldier to Death in Fort Stewart Barracks Room

Funny enough, I had this happen. SM was busted from E-7(p) to E-4 (3 UCMJ actions) but still retired due to TIS. SM was escorted throughout the clearing process and for final key turn in and escorted out of the gate. The SM found a way to get a key back into the barracks and squatted there for almost 2 months after ETS. Another SM reported the Soldier who had a beard and full head of hair through the CoC which got back to me. MP's were called and SM was again escorted of post and SM was barred entry from base.
