Convicted but not proven. It was all about politics. Remember it all happened while odummer was president.

SPC Brandon Israel - What did Obama's administration have to do with it? Trump pardoned two others who there was evidence...so why not this guy? Hmm.

I hope we are not trying to say twelve years later that this incident never happened. There were droves of witnesses, and killing a person in custody is a war crime, period.

Except there were no bodies found, locals told investigators that no one was missing. https://www.uap.org/john-hatley-summary
Hatley was sentenced to life in prison with an opportunity for parole. This is despite the lack of any ballistic or forensic evidence, but based solely on the testimony of a few soldiers who had taken pre-trial agreements in exchange for testimony leading to his conviction.

MSG Tom Earley - Got to admit, I hadn't heard about the co-conspirators. Very enlightening, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

MSG Tom Earley - Every reporting I'd seen paints this as a singular crime with Hatley being the sole alleged perpetrator. Totally different light now.

MSG Tom Earley - So strange a medic would take part in any way. Totally against everything they stand for and do.
