Do you ever wonder why they try to keep this sort of information from the public? Are they trying to mask/hide the sheer brutality of the enemy? Keep the sheep from being startled?

The truth, however painful, needs to be told. The people need to be informed of the brutality of the enemy.

Gee, why would the French suppress news of torture at the Bataclan Massacre? Might they fear how the public would react, possibly injudiciously? Might they fear that the public would expect the govt to react with more authority and purpose? Might they fear that such a report would make their arguments for multiculturalism seem misguided? What do they fear?

"What do they fear?"
The truth that those who refuse to submit to Islam can be tortured?
This does not fit the narrative Islam means peace?
