Even wokeism isn't an absolute defense for stupidity

Some can "outstupid" any defense.

The African American Vernacular language has adopted many new words, to include "woke", which means awareness of racism or other social issues. The opposite of woke is dozed or cat-napped. This sixer appears woke, yet is pleading to have dozed. This is akin to a Commander pleading ignorance of the law after violating the constitutional rights of another. The Commander was woke, yet pleaded to have been cat-napping in the face of the law.
