Looks like someone set out to slam every state by finding g a picture he thinks most depicts his/her basic understanding of states. Probably lives in his/her parents basement and is trying to be funny. Not humorous at all.

SFC Dave Beran I don't know about not humorous at all, that FL Mullet was pretty funny as was the shooting from a hot tub in Arkansas. The Indiana fat guy on a crotch rocket had me feeling sorry for the bike, and re-affirmed my choice of motorcycle. Most of his commentary is about as funny as the runs, but the pictures do have a some humor to them, even if they do nothing to capture the spirit of the state he used them to represent.

I agree. They definitely had it out for the south and the northeast. They were probably from Canada or Australia.

Ughh, I hate the picture slideshow format, drives me frackin nuts. Definitely not accurate at all, mostly based on his own stereotypes. The Hawaii picture was just annoying... I'm from Hawaii and only one island has an active volcano the Big Island, its the only island with active lava flow, vog or ash. However another submerged volcano is developing another island Loihi. Note the entire Hawaiian islands were created from the same hot spot. Hawaii is unique in that as the Pacific plate shifts westward new islands are created as the plate pass over the hotspot creating a chain of islands. Similar to the hotspot under Yellowstone Park.
Hawaii is more known for Asian tourists, beaches with pasty white tourists, lady boy prostitutes, tsunami's and tropical storms. The Navy likes to hang out there too.

SPC (Join to see) I was raised on Kwajalein, and so we spent a lot of time in Hawaii. We were there when they jacked up that church and moved it to save it from the lava flow. I agree totally that a tourist with a camera taking pictures of a pigeon pooping on a rental car would have been far more accurate. We had a cab driver once say "Japan would never bomb Hawaii again, it would cost them too much money." referring to how much of Oahu (was at the time) owned by Japanese developers.
