Excellent topic. It does take courage to ask for help. Warriors especially, are resistant to this

Especially when you know in advance that they will either say no, or just turn and walk away. Iile my neighbors who say, 'Let us know if you need anything. I've asked plenty of people to help me remove an old air conditioner, enlarge the hole and install the new one. It would take under a half hour, wik me doing most of the work, I chanded it out about 10 years ago, with just one good hand. It looks like that's what I'll have do, once again.
