SFC (Join to see) You definitely cannot make it better (my mom descended into Alzheimer's over the course of 21 years). But by being patient you can be there for those glimmers of recognition that do come.

It is a terrible and prolonged death trajectory over time. Those who have it will first lose the sense of others , then themselves. It is the reversal of theory of mind.
