I grew up on food taken from the Chesapeake Bay including crabs, oysters, and stripped bass (we called them Rockfish) Sadly, the Bay was overfished and polluted (and I don't live there anymore) Fortunately, Blue Crab (the best crab) can be found in the Gulf of Mexico and Indonesian waters, and I can make my own crab cakes, crab imperial, crab soup, myself. Keep your walking crabs (Dungeness - too stringy -, King - too rubbery - , et al)
