Cosmopolitan Says Parents Are Racist for Dressing Their White Kids as 'Moana'

Ha, before we had princesses of color, we dressed up as the white princesses. Who gives a crap.

Ok, so a little white girl is inspired by Moana and wants to dress up like her. To me that means they were positively influenced by the character and will be likely to be more accepting of folks from the pacific and interested in learning about the culture. Where on earth do they dig up these knuckle heads that see negative connotations in everything?

My daughter is going to be Dora the explorer. I would think it would be racist if I didn't allow her.
