That is an interesting commentary PO1 Tony Holland. Blaming the personnel system for rape seems ludicrous IMHO.

Not really - especially when toxic leaders aren't weeded out and some people do get promoted who shouldn't. Sometimes the signs are there and they get overlooked until something happens and then hindsight comes in.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - the examples you mentioned indicate bad decisions which are a downside of having people decide instead of artificial intelligence systems.

No - we have to kill rapists - first for personal revenge - and then for the sake of other women. This is not an HR matter - it is a matter of personal honor, loyalty, and respect for other women.
