Very different.
Colin Powell's 2 Confidential Emails vs Hillary Clinton's entire tenure's e-mail at all levels
Kind of like.
Telling your wife your deployment date vs Snowden and Manning

MAJ (Join to see) - Major; Both a magnitude 3 earthquake and a magnitude 8 earthquake are earthquakes - the only difference is the damage they do.
Both a magnitude 8 earthquake in the middle of a desolate wilderness and a magnitude 8 earthquake in the middle of a major city are magnitude 8 earthquakes - the only difference is the damage they do.

While I like Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice very much if they broke the law than they broke the law and should be charged as well. Laws are not written just for Republicans or just for Democrats they are written for everyone. As for "Hillary Clinton's campaign says the finding vindicates her." It does not...if she shoots someone and finds out someone did it before her it does not change the fact she broke the law as well.

COL Ted Mc - Maybe the Republicans of today, but remind me which party ACTUALLY brought Nixon down!

That's the part people aren't thinking about. Nixon's Presidency was ended by less than what Hillary is being accused of. Nixon was facing impeachment, but never actually was impeached. Instead he resigned his Presidency. It was the Republican Party that hung Nixon out to dry when the evidence and accusations surfaced - not the Democratic Party. Hillary has been accused of far more than what Nixon did and instead of pushing for actual investigation, the Democratic Party is circling the wagons to protect her.

SFC Justin Scott - Sergeant; It would have been pretty difficult to defend President Nixon when the fingers that were caught is what was actually a cookie jar were demonstrably his.
It was "better for everyone involved" for him to resign and then be pardoned of the offences which he hadn't been convicted of yet.

I couldn't agree more. The point of my comment is that I believe the Democrats would be better off if Hillary disappeared from the race for the same reason the Nixon resigned - the appearance of wrongdoing (I say appearance since there was never a conviction).

If this is true, they should be investigated the same as Hillary. Though I will say this article rings badly of the juvenile argument "but Johnny did it first"!

SFC Justin Scott - Sergeant; Of course it does.
It's also very reflective of the "state of politics and justice" today.
