Maybe it was actually an “a-ok” signal. Maybe he thought it was a simple prank. Not! What a total jackass!
I hope his Coast Guard commanders are now processing his discharge. There’s no room for anyone in the military for this type of behavior.

This 'signal thing has gotten out of control. There are only so many things you can do with your hands and not all of them are signals to normal people.
