Coast Guard Academy official says leaders sabotaged reports of sexual assault

Well, I for one am shocked that the issue was suppressed. No, wait. I'm not. Mustn't have bad news reflecting service. All the services are guilty of this. I'm not sure how the assaults get stopped either. That's the real problem.
