The stupid thing is Joe apologizes that the U.S. pulled out of the paris accords yet the U.S. cut CO2 emissions under Trump, how many of those members of the Paris accords did that only 2 the rest flunked. Plus the only reason why those other countries want to the U.S. in those accords is so we will pay billions to other countries most of that money will never be used for the intended purpose but end up in private bank accounts. And China the biggest polluter on the planet continues to build more coal fired power plants and increases CO2 emissions yearly.
