CSM (Join to see) thanks for the information. Will have to try the character strength survey. Being happy and knowing ones self is the key IMO.

I am going to retake it to see if I have had any changes since 2011.

Always good to know who you are as it helps understand how you effect and interact professionally and personally in relationships as well as in group dynamics. Top strength was bravery and from their description sounds about right.

"If Bravery is your top strength, you are a courageous person who does not shrink from threat, challenge, difficulty, or pain. You speak up for what is right even if there is opposition. You act on your convictions."

I know with me there can be a negative side to this that needs to be balanced as I don't really care if your happy - more so if its right or wrong. As well this tendency not surprisingly gets me in to trouble.

All character strengths can have a shadow side to them.

My top.strength was perseverance. I believe it goes hand in hand with the TENACITY most believe I exhibit.
