THe point here being that each of what you saw can only be seen with a high powered Microscope. THe Coronavirus fall into the size spread of other viruses, so somewhere between 30 Nanometers to an E Coli bacterium of 3 X 0.6 micrometers. I Have looked but have not found its size as yet... My Guess it will be somewhere in the 130 NM to 200 NM range...
