Actually the Norden bomb sight was more valuable to the war cause than the aircraft. Not sure that any of them were captured, but don't know for sure. I've seen WWII era orders on how to destroy them if an aircraft was in danger of being lost behind enemy lines.

The Japanese had captured a few earlier model b17s and they had the Norden bomb site as well.
