Part of the problem is that everybody wants to be the Cyber Security Specialist and nobody wants to be the Truck Driver. Colleges know they can gouge money because people believe they have to attend a college to make a living when, in reality, there's some good $70k jobs out there that require little to no post-highschool courses.

As capital (and automation) becomes more efficient than labor, more of the money will go to capital than to labor. Thus the continuing concentration of wealth in the hands of the few. Unions probably cant fix this.
