Based on my own clinical research it is really not that efficacious. When applied with adjunct psychotherapy it does show some benefit.

I agree that the research has some holes in it, but it does show promise. It would be nice if someone could shore up the research and take it back to the FDA with solid evidence of success that couldn't be shot down on technicalities.
