Camp Pendleton Marines encouraged to fix their own barracks rooms

This is a sad story Brother Dale. Has the Military really come to this? I remember that you couldn't step on someone else's toes by doing their job, you know like out of their billet?

During many periods soldiers actually built their own barracks and maintained them. Nothing new here.
