I don't believe anything Bolton says. I will wait and see what happens between Trump and Putin

If this is true, it shows that Trump does not have a conscience. Articles are indicating intelligence officials knew about this and war gamed reactions, and such information would pass most likely be sent to an apex national emergency pipeline to be read immediately to the WH. That is the extent right now.
