Incorrect and misleading headline.
If you read through to the end of the article, it becomes clear that very little of this is lawlessness. It is law abuse. They are finding easy to use the laws to their advantage - ways the laws were never intended.
Which just means they have better lawyers than we, the people do. And that Congress is writing bad laws.
Do I agree with it? No. But the overwhelming majority of what they discuss in this article is just good lawyering.
