For the State of New Mexico, prior to my efforts in 2006, this ass backwards State never had a human slave trader/trafficking criminal Statue enumerated in State Law.

Now that they do, activated and adopted in 2008... The DNC led political executives since then...do nothing with that law, have done nothing with that law, do not understand that law...or even why it was adopted.
... and that, RP... is beyond disgusting for the majority of the current and former Hispanic led DNC political party majority.
