Lt Col Charlie Brown And he hasn't reached rock bottom yet. The die-hard democrats on here will still argue he is doing a great job even though as in the article on seventeen percent say he is and sixty-five percent say he isn't. I don't vote based on the party, it's on the person. Unfortunately these days I vote for the lessor of two evils not necessarily the candidate.
