More than likely they are doing their admin paperwork and AAR's like: 1) do we have a good address for our next drive by ? 2) Has the ration of expended ammo far surpassed actual target hits? 3) Are we policing our brass? 4) Has the issue with sticking 9mm ammo in .45's been corrected so the whole round doesn't slide out of the barrel when you do that "Wanted" weapons swing to curve the bullets? 5) Have we upgraded from stolen HIGHPOINTS to stolen "GLOCKS" yet? 6) Will allowing Chicago to pull so far ahead make it difficult for us to catch up when the weather gets warmer? 6) Has the Stipend for having the most bullet holes in a shooter while still alive been raised to deal with the cost of living? 7) If I kill all my enemies, real or imagined can I then start of family members who leave the toilet seat up? and finally will the quarterly meeting for laughing at gun control laws be held in the abandoned WALLMART again this year and if so will their be chips and dip?

Maybe with the Job numbers up all the "thugs" found work and are so busy punching the clock that they don't have time to stamp each other... Just a thought.

We have failed over the past 50 years to actually address our society's problems, from drugs, poverty, racism, under employed, unemployed, poor education.

Crime is rampant when it has a good breeding ground, which our failures provide.

In short, the Democratic Party, at every level — local, state and federal — remains completely ineffectual and continues to fail the people of Baltimore at every turn. This is no new development. That fact is that the Democratic Party has failed Baltimore and every other major American city for the last 50 years. What were once the shining examples of American progress have become abandoned shells inhabited primarily by those who do not have the means to move elsewhere.
