Baltimore Is a Mess. Here Are 3 Big Issues the City Faces.

There was a post on equity and homes being built outside of cities a few days ago.
Policies that have brought Baltimore to a 3rd world city is why there are homes being built outside of cities like Baltimore. People are voting with their feet.
Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities. Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.
The reason why equity does not work is due to it being redistribution of social and economic goods. Socialism. The belief that someone is owned something. Taxes are raised for those who what? Can not read and write? Can not hold a Job? Those who do not want a job?
The same thing is happening in all large Democrat controlled cities. Just like Baltimore, people that work and try to provide for their families do not and will not tolerate high taxes and high crime forever. Those in power of Democrat controlled cities do not want the poor to improve. They make money off the poor while telling them lies and misleading them.

It hurts my heart to see Baltimore. I spent much time there in the 90’s. Even then you could see the policies starting to take the city down. This is what happens when you make the rich pay for everything and don’t make people work for what they get: poverty and a 2nd grade reading level in high school. I know I will get drilled for this comment, but I believe it is because of the racist heart and minds of the city’s black leaders. I say black because that’s what I was taught was respectful, and if you say African American, you insult all the other people of color. These leaders forgot, or were never taught by their parents, that no one will ever appreciate what they are given and don’t earn themselves. When one is given things, there are always more free thing to get; there is no end. MHO.
