Keep the diploma/GED standard. Otherwise, those recruits would have to take Army time to get their diploma. That's not beneficial to either party.

"Waivers" should not be used at all. As General Patton stated: ''...this individuality stuff is a bunch of crap...". Waivers in the main are granted in order to bolster the manpower numbers of "woke" service branches that cannot get enough quality recruits now due to current policies. Looks like the military is, in the main, becoming more and more like other governmental branches: a form of "disguised unemployment".
