Erin Brockovich comes to mind; these issues are too common and must be stopped through accountability. These incidents are more like science experiments on persons than accidents/incidents happening. There will be multiple class action lawsuits against the government for this and the mold issues creating health issues.

SFC (Anonymous) not sure what building 1511 on Gunter annex is but it doesn’t sound like a place you would want to be or in your case, have been. I will mention it army next appointment but, as great as the VA hospital is here, I don’t have an enormous amount of faith in the Veterans Administration to do the right thing until there made too. Hell, they’re just now adding presumptives for Vietnam era issues. How many are still around to take advantage of them? Thanks for the heads up. I tend to lean heavily in the natural treatment arena, so Dr.’s appointments are as a last resort but because I haven’t spoken up about health concerns arising from service until now…… I’m on an uphill battle.

SGT Gerald “Jerry” Harrell I am a solid Eastern medicine believer, I do use doctors for diagnosis, and being the military broke me, the VA can provide the diagnosis. My last VA doc, was the best! Here's a non-toxic, but disgusting picture from the 3rd floor of 1511. Yes, we had a cleaning person and nobody ever used the fountain.

SFC (Anonymous) well that’s disgusting. The older barracks at McClellan were pretty sketchy too. I remember many chow hall trips with visible roaches running about. I’m getting better about using the doctors for diagnosis but hasn’t always been the case. A case of shingles changed my mind a bit on self diagnosis lol.

What is 88M? I used to be a 95B with A9/ Z6 Identifiers now they call it 31K…. I stay confused on MOS’s anymore lol.

SGT Gerald “Jerry” Harrell shingles, not super fun. Glad you're getting better about the diagnosis opportunities. It was Transportation I was a truck driver. Also, MP, Recruiter, and HR. They've changed so much.
