It is unfortunate that this officer acted this way. Not every cop is perfect and will make mistakes but if that mistakes cost a life then he should face charges. BTW I am a retired Deputy Sheriff and I know how hard it is on a traffic stop, it is something no one that hasn't had to approach a car without knowing a damn thing about the occupants can every understand. It is not something to gloat over, a person lost a life and another life and family is ruined.

PO2 William Allen Crowder - Then I pray the jury see's the evidence and clears him of all charges. I hoping he wasn't charge out of public pressure and that there was real evidence. Our legal system sucks, all we can do is pray for justice, in whatever form it takes.

Hopefully they will try him on the evidence and Not By the court of Public opinion... if the evidence convicts Him so Be it and Deal with him accordingly...

I'm glad he's being charged, but convicting him it the true test. This also happened in Uncle Thomas Clarke's backyard, so I doubt anything will come of it. He destroyed three families for what again?
