Helping Veterans combat food insecurity - VA News

Some Vets are on their own, homeless, and hungry because they say don't want help, they don't want rules, they survived while others suffered terribly and deserve to suffer. These are the ones that need the help and finding how to get to them, may be the greatest challenge.

I knew that food insecurity lead to a bunch of issues but I did not realize that it can make suicidal ideations four times higher than some one that is food secure. It makes sense though! I can help with food as part of my grant program.
