Saw an interesting article somewhere today. North Korean soldiers are there because they were told to be. They have no desire to fight for Russia other than they were told to. The article suggests that an aggressive PSYOPS campaign would probably get the majority of those North Koreans to throw down their arms without firing a shot. We already know the Russians have a problem controlling their own Russian speaking troops so that kind of makes sense.
