After reading the entire article I had to wonder if this was the peak efficiency POTUS and Secretary Alejandro Nicolas Mayorkas pronounced as evident for North Carolina. I read it twice but it still didn't coincide with the rhetoric.

FEMA is a big SCAM They have Lists of "APPROVED CONTRACTORS" that they use to restrict access to areas that need help. They want only those Contractors in there because FEMA People are getting Kick-Backs from them! We found that out in North Carolina as a Non-Profit that was in there trying to help.
