actually the reserves are not at a historically low level. They have been lower than the present 380 million barrels as of 13 sept 2024. Check your info before posting BS

The data I looked at which you can also look at shows at the latest report of Sept 13 2024 with reserves of over 380 billion barrels of oil. You will see 2 charts . One chart with a line graph and one with weekly reports from Aug 1982 to present.
