Praying he is successful, since that land was given to the VA it should be used for Vets first.

Used shipping containers are typically under $3,000. They can be converted into tiny homes for a reasonable price. They don't require a full foundation abd are delivered by a truck. A small crane is handy, bit they can be moved by brue force.
