As usual, it's another lie. Her "start-up plan" is just another set of welfare hand-out's that are rarely if ever relevant. Her other proposals would wipe out Trump's tax cuts and kill small businesses with permanent tax increases. Typical Socialist, reward people for doing nothing and penalize those who work, save and invest.
