APOD: 2024 August 26 – Perseid Meteors Over Inner Mongolia

Good morning, Rallypoint, and welcome to the August 26th edition of Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD). This relatively short (1:48) video is a series of clips recorded during the 2023 Perseid Meteor. Several cameras were employed, so you'll see familiar constellations (e.g. Orion and the Big Dipper) in multiple segments. What makes this video different is the audio is included.
