US Army captain becomes first female nurse to graduate from the Army’s elite Ranger Course

I will reserve my comments about this in personal conversations as anything I say may be seen as sour grapes. I was medically dropped from my class due to heat stroke. It's the one thing I feel I utterly failed at while on active duty.
