I don't see how the state of New York can require this. I foresee much more of theFirst Amendment having bearing on the litigation of this.

Let's hope they don't try to make the Little Sisters of the Poor provide abortion coverage to their employees. Since abortion is not mentioned in the U.S. Constitution, it's an issue for each state to address, per the 10th Amendment. Oh wait, they're in New York, so New York will probably argue we need a nationwide mandate for abortion on demand up through the 9th month. If you don't want to reproduce, then use birth control, please.
