When Dr. Ayadil Saparbekov was in Gaza late last week, he saw a scene that’s become familiar since the war started: Sewage overflowing in the streets. Young children jumping and splashing in it.

This is a two sided coin. The Palestinians need a country of their own just a Israel became a Jewish country. Both have a long history in the area. Palestinians can expect nothing from their adversaries until they release all hostages.
