3 Army Reserve officers disciplined after reservist killed 18 people in Maine

Glad to see some accountability . . .

Even though Gen. Daniels felt the head injury sustained by a fall from a ladder was not a cause, I would be suspicious of it being a contributing factor. Some folks really dropped the ball on this one and accountability was in order!
