SSG Carlos Madden, I think a better link to use would be the overall DoD Social Media Policy page*.
It's focused more to the "social media" aspect instead of the "political activities" one (plus stays linked to the most recent Service-speicifc guidance/regulations).

The thing is I swore an Oath to "Uphold and Defend the Constitution", Certainly I have my own opinions, but I try to align those with the 'Rule of Law". I understand that my rights only go as far as not infringing on those of another citizen. Notice I made the distinction of Citizen when mentioning rights. Everyone has basic Human Rights, only Citizens defined in the Bill of Rights, have the enumerated rights of the Constitution.
