The civilian populace has aided and abetted the Anti-Israeli insurrections every time there is trouble. Then raise their children hating the Israelis for the death and destruction that was the retaliation from the previous violent clash weather it was from HAMAS or any of the other groups in charge of the Palestinian areas. In my opinion none of them are "Innocent Civilians."

They proved it with their behavior. They held hostages for Hamas; abused the prisoners; some took part in other attacks against Israeli civilians. And they hid weapons and explosives for Hamas
