Its nice so many signed backing Russia but I don't think it will sway Putin at all.

Lets get real, that isn't an offer and anyone with half a brain should realize that it is beyond stupid. Why would Russia accept such a deal? Ukraine isn't winning and all a continued conflict does is slaughter more Ukrainian and Russians, and there are a lot more Russians.
Putin's offer for a ceasefire was at least realistic. They agree to territorial concessions of territory either already occupied or annex, Crimea, the Donbass and Luhansk, and he would agree to surrendering at least administrative control back to Ukraine of the remaining occupied territory if they denounce NATO membership and allow free access to Crimea. Pretty cheap in my opinion.
