I'm still holding out for 2 reductions but think the total reduction will only be 50 basis points. I could be wrong and there would be no cuts this year.

The rate will come down when city’s are safe to live, so many people are leaving these high crime areas however every money hungry person is going to suck you dry. Until it changes it’s staying where it is. Bummer for a lot of us.
